RETURN POLICY

All of our items are made to order, and our manufacturers are dedicated to addressing any issues related to damage or manufacturing defects promptly. However, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or replacements for orders with incorrect color or size specifications. We understand that ordering the wrong color or size can be disappointing, but allowing replacements would result in a significant accumulation of custom returned orders.

This inventory of returned orders could potentially sit for years, which would have a detrimental financial impact on us as small business owners. By absorbing the costs of customers ordering the wrong color or size, we would be unable to sustain our business operations effectively.

We strive to provide as many details as possible in our product listings to ensure that our customers are able to make informed decisions and order exactly what they need. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, size charts, and color options before placing your order to avoid any potential disappointment.

Incorrect or Defective Items

  • If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact support@nurseess.com to inform us of the issue. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect or incorrect item received with your email. 
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or selecting an incorrect size.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and do not qualify for a return.
