Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors
- If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
